I was looking on the market for a new role, and I seen Caitlin had a role up in my hometown which I was interested in. From the get go, Caitlin was fantastic in communicating with me and giving me all the information I needed. She seamlessly set up interviews for me and checked in before and after the interviews to see how I got on.
