About the Role

Our client are seeking a Trainee Property Manager to join their warm and welcoming team. This role offers on-the-job training, career development opportunities, and exposure to a vast professional network in one of Northern Ireland’s top commercial property firms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior property managers in managing a diverse commercial property portfolio
  • Conduct property inspections and liaise with tenants and landlords
  • Support lease administration, rent collection, and service charge management
  • Coordinate property maintenance and contractor management
  • Prepare reports and maintain records
  • Develop an understanding of commercial property legislation and leases
  • Attend networking events and client meetings

We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual eager to learn and grow in the industry.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Suitable for a school leaver/recent graduate
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A keen eye for detail and an analytical mindset
  • Proactive, driven, and eager to build a long-term career in commercial property
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • A full UK driving licence (desirable but not essential)
