Systems Accountant
Artemis Human Capital is working in partnership with a leading FMCG company to appoint a Systems Accountant to join the team at one of their key sites. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role blends financial reporting with systems improvement. Ideal for a qualified accountant who enjoys producing management accounts while driving process and reporting enhancements.

The Role:
- Deliver accurate weekly & monthly management accounts with clear variance and margin analysis
- Support annual budgeting and forecasting
- Assist with year-end statutory accounts and audit queries
- Complete and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Partner with site teams to drive performance improvements
- Provide wider finance support, including credit control & AR cover
- Support finance transformation and automation initiatives
- Improve workflows, controls and reporting outputs
- Build and enhance dashboards (Power BI)
The Person:
- Qualified accountant (ICAI, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills
- Commercially focused with strong analytical ability
- Confident communicator across all levels
- Highly organised, and detail focused
- Experience in Power BI desirable
