Our client, a well-established and highly respected law firm with a strong reputation across Northern Ireland, is seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Property Solicitor to lead their expanding North Belfast office.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned property solicitor to take on a senior leadership role within a progressive and client-focused practice.
The Role
The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing and developing the firm’s property offering in North Belfast, overseeing a varied caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing work. You will play a key role in driving business growth, mentoring junior team members, and maintaining the firm’s strong reputation for quality and integrity.
Key Responsibilities

Managing and growing the property department in the North Belfast office

Handling a broad range of conveyancing transactions, both residential and commercial

Supervising and supporting junior solicitors and support staff

Building and maintaining strong client and referrer relationships

Contributing to business development and strategic planning for the office

Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional standards
The Person
-
Qualified Solicitor with at least 10 years’ post-qualification experience in property law

Demonstrable leadership skills and experience managing a team or office

Strong technical expertise in all areas of conveyancing

Excellent client relationship and communication skills

Commercially astute, with a proactive and collaborative approach
