Artemis Human Capital is partnering with a rapidly growing company in the Dungannon area, seeking an experienced Senior HR Officer to support their growing team. Reporting to the Head of HR, this is a hands-on, operational HR role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The Role:
- Driving employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Developing and implementing new HR policies and procedures to align with best practices and business objectives.
- Supporting organisational design and workforce planning to enhance team effectiveness and talent growth.
- Collaborating with key HR functions such as Recruitment and Learning & Development to support business needs.
- Handling complex employee relations cases, including performance and conduct matters, ensuring fair and effective resolution.
- Managing key HR programs such as performance appraisals, salary benchmarking, and bonus structures.
Ideal Candidate Will Be:
- At least 4+ years HR experience in a fast paced environment.
- Strong communicator with a people-first approach, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive problem solver, capable of working autonomously and taking initiative to drive HR solutions.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Technically proficient in HR tools and software, with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Adaptable to various HR systems and platforms, ensuring seamless integration into company processes.
