£45,000 – £55,000 + Hybrid Working
I’m delighted to be working with a rapidly growing accountancy practice to recruit a Senior Accountant into their expanding team in Northern Ireland. This is a unique opportunity to join a firm that offers exposure to a diverse and interesting client portfolio alongside genuine opportunities for progression.
The Role
This is a varied and hands-on position, ideal for an ambitious practice-trained accountant who enjoys both the technical side of accounting and leading people. You’ll play a key role in managing client delivery while working closely with an international team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing, supporting, and developing a dynamic team
- Preparing and finalising year-end accounts and corporation tax returns
- Reviewing bookkeeping, management accounts, and VAT returns
- Delivering a high standard of client service
- Supporting workflow management and process improvements
- Driving the use of technology and systems within accounting processes
About You
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CAI)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience within practice
- Strong technical accounting experience across a range of entities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, driven, and confident working independently
- Previous leadership or team management experience
