Known for investing in its people and building long-term customer partnerships, this business is continuing to grow and is now seeking a Sales Executive to support its next phase of development.

Reporting to the Sales & Business Development Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in developing new business while nurturing and expanding an established customer base across Northern Ireland and the UK.

The role:

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across NI and GB
  • Grow and support existing customer relationships through proactive engagement
  • Plan and conduct customer visits aligned with sales objectives
  • Represent the business at exhibitions, trade shows and industry events
  • Prepare market data, insights, and reports to support sales strategy
  • Maintain accurate sales and customer records
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and drive growth

About you:

  • Degree or HNC in Business Studies or a related discipline or relevant practical experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Previous experience in a sales or business development role
  • Experience within an engineering or technical environment is desirable
  • Confident using IT systems and digital tools to support sales activity
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage workload and deadlines effectively
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout Northern Ireland and the UK
  • Full UK driving licence
