Known for delivering expert legal services and a client-focused approach, the firm is now seeking an experienced and ambitious Property Partner to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior solicitor to take on a leadership role within a thriving practice.

The Role

As a Property Partner, you will oversee a varied caseload covering residential and commercial conveyancing while also advising clients on private client matters, including Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney (EPA), and estate administration. The role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the firm’s continued growth, working with an established client base and existing case load while also developing new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a broad caseload of residential and commercial property transactions
  • Advising individuals and businesses on real estate matters, ensuring smooth and efficient transaction processes
  • Providing expert guidance on Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, estate planning, and administration of estates
  • Supporting private clients with succession planning, trusts, and related legal matters
  • Engaging in business development and networking activities to expand the firm’s client base
  • Providing leadership and mentoring to junior solicitors and legal staff
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional standards

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland 
  • 8+ years’ PQE with a strong background in property law and private client matters
  • Proven ability to manage residential and commercial conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
  • Experience in advising on Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, and estate administration
  • Exceptional client care and communication skills
  • Strong leadership and business development capabilities
  • A commercially minded approach with a track record of building lasting client relationships
