Project Coordinator – Wealth Management

The Role

As Project Co-Ordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the rollout of a new client platform and driving improvements in client onboarding and operational delivery. Working alongside a hands-on, experienced team, your role will involve:

  • Assisting with the successful delivery of a new client platform and supporting business-wide migration activity.
  • Coordinating client onboarding and account transitions in line with internal processes and compliance requirements.
  • Supporting financial advisers and the wider team to ensure a smooth and professional client experience.
  • Identifying and addressing any operational issues arising from the platform transition.
  • Helping to maintain and refine process documentation and internal workflows.

The Person

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys getting involved in project delivery while remaining connected to the day-to-day operations of a busy, client-focused business. To be considered, candidates must have:

  • Previous experience working within, or closely alongside, a wealth management or private client business — this is essential.
  • A good understanding of client onboarding and operational support processes within a regulated environment.
  • Any involvement in platform transitions, migrations, or process improvement initiatives would be advantageous.
  • A detail-oriented, proactive approach with strong organisational and communication skills.
  • A collaborative attitude and ability to build strong internal working relationships.
