The Job…
Working with the supportive team, you will be working across the following areas:
- Managing a portfolio of NI SME companies across a variety of sectors. This will include liaising with portfolio company representatives to obtain updates on trading, requesting & reviewing financial statements, and dealing with any loan queries.
- Identifying Follow On investment opportunities within the portfolio.
- Business development activities.
- Assisting with monthly, quarterly & annual reporting procedures.
The Ideal Candidate…
To be considered for this position, you will ideally possess the following criteria:
- ACA or ACCA qualification.
- This position is open to newly qualified accountants, as well as those who are 1-2 years’ PQE.
- The ideal applicant is someone coming from an audit or accounting background.
- This role is also open to those within a banking background who have relevant portfolio experience.
- Experience in due diligence or corporate finance would be particularly desirable.
- Clean driving license.
