Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a diverse range of employment law matters, advising both domestic and international clients on complex issues across various industries, including financial services, technology, and public sector.

• Build and develop long-term relationships with clients, providing strategic advice on high-stakes disputes, employment regulatory matters, restructuring, and workforce strategy.

• Lead the team in advising on contentious and non-contentious employment law, including tribunal claims, redundancies, discrimination cases, and employment policy development.

• Work collaboratively with other practice areas in the firm, including corporate and litigation teams, to provide comprehensive solutions to clients’ legal needs.

• Drive business development and contribute to the continued growth of the firm’s employment practice, including thought leadership, networking, and marketing initiatives.

• Mentor and develop junior lawyers, ensuring a collaborative and supportive environment within the team.

About You:

• Significant experience in Employment Law, with a proven ability to handle complex matters at a senior level (Partner or Senior Associate level).

• A strong business development focus, with an ability to nurture client relationships and identify new opportunities.

• Expertise in advising clients across a range of sectors, with experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment issues.

• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing a team and contributing to the strategic direction of a practice.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to represent clients and the firm with authority and confidence.
