Responsibilities:
- Assisting fee earners with litigation claims, under appropriate supervision. This may involve court attendance or working with Counsel.
- Supporting marketing and business development initiatives, such as attending client events.
- Ensuring quality control, compliance with benchmarks, and timely reporting on case progress.
- Staying up to date with firm strategies and technical developments through training and industry publications.
Essential:
- Commercially minded and committed to delivering a high-quality service.
- Confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise effectively.
Desirable:
- Experience in litigation
- Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible, motivated, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
