Civil Litigation Paralegal

A highly regarded law firm is seeking a capable and motivated Paralegal to join its Civil Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a law graduate or junior paralegal looking to gain broad exposure to contentious work within a firm known for the quality of its cases and its supportive, hands-on training environment.

The role will provide practical experience across a range of civil disputes, with close supervision and mentoring from experienced litigators. The firm places a strong emphasis on learning and development, making this an ideal stepping stone for someone looking to build a long-term career in litigation.

The Role Will Involve:

• Assisting solicitors with the day-to-day management of civil litigation matters

• Drafting correspondence, court documents and legal research notes

• Managing files, deadlines and procedural requirements

• Liaising with clients, counsel, courts and third parties

• Supporting cases from initial instruction through to resolution

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds (or is on track to achieve) a 2:1 or above in a Law degree

• Has a genuine interest in civil litigation

• Strong written communication, organisation and attention to detail

• Previous paralegal or legal experience is beneficial but not essential
