An established and well-regarded law firm in Antrim is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join its busy Litigation team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to build a career within a dynamic, client-focused environment that offers exposure to high-quality work and real progression potential.

The Role:
You’ll work on a broad range of civil litigation matters, supporting senior solicitors while developing your own caseload. This role is ideal for someone who is keen to gain hands-on experience, work directly with clients, and grow within a team known for its collaborative culture and commercial approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with and managing a varied litigation caseload

• Drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence

• Attending court hearings and liaising with counsel

• Maintaining regular contact with clients, ensuring high standards of service

• Supporting senior fee earners on complex matters

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ – up to 1 year PQE)

• Previous litigation experience during training preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
