Artemis Human Capital is currently recruiting for leading law firm as they seek to appoint a Private Client Solicitor to join their busy team.

The Candidate & Role:

The ideal candidate will have completed at least one seat in either property or private client law and will demonstrate a clear interest in building a career in this area. They should have a solid foundation in handling matters such as wills, trusts, probate, estate administration, wealth management and succession planning.

The successful candidate will be eager to develop long-term client relationships and deliver high-quality, practical legal solutions as part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting and advising on wills, trusts, and estate planning
Managing probate and estate administration cases
Advising clients on inheritance tax and succession planning
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Keeping up-to-date with changes in private client law and regulation
Collaborating with other departments to provide comprehensive legal services
