The Job…
Working with the firm’s busy team, you will be involved across the following areas:
- Due diligence projects.
- Financial modelling.
- Working across buy & sell side transactions.
- Maintaining & developing excellent client relationships.

The Ideal Candidate…
To be considered for this position, you will ideally possess the following criteria:
- A newly or recently qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
- Preferably coming from an accountancy practice background.
- Any corporate finance, financial modelling, or transaction services experience is highly desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ambitious individual with a keen interest in corporate finance.
