Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working with a leading business as they seek to appoint a Newly Qualified Accountant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified accountant to gain broad commercial exposure, partner with key areas of the business and play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Partner with key business functions to support financial performance and operational decision-making
- Prepare financial analysis, reporting packs, and presentations for senior stakeholders
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting processes
- Identify trends and improvements
- Assist with internal audits, process improvements, and strengthening financial controls
The Person
- Newly qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA accountant
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across the business
- Commercially minded with a proactive and problem-solving approach
- Strong Excel skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
