Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be recruiting for a Marketing Manager on behalf of an entrepreneurial second-generation family run business who are on a clear growth trajectory over the next 3-5 years.

This will be a pivotal role for the firm and you will play an instrumental part of creating strategies and working with senior management to increase their brand and drive market leading campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy Development: Create brand strategies aligning them with company goals and market targets.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute campaigns across digital, social media, email, content marketing, and offline channels. Ensure timely and budget-compliant execution.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of marketing professionals, setting goals and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Content Development: Develop brand messaging and creative assets, ensuring consistent communication across all platforms.
  • Digital Marketing: Optimise websites, drive SEO/SEM, manage social media, influencer partnerships, and online advertising. Stay updated with digital marketing trends.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product development, sales, and customer support teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and expense tracking.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyse marketing data, customer feedback, and market trends to improve brand positioning and engagement.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, vendors, and influencers for collaborative opportunities.

Criteria:

  • At least 2 years B2B Marketing experience
  • Experience of managing marketing budgets
  • Solid, varied marketing experience

Salary:

  • £40,000 – £50,000 depending on experience
  • Bonus
  • Monday to Thursday – 8:15 – 4.45pm, Friday – 8.15-2.15pm
  • Free parking
