Management Accountant – NI Top 100 firm

We are working with a proudly ranked NI Top 100 company, who are growing fast. As part of their continued expansion, we are looking for a talented and commercially astute Management Accountant to strengthen their Antrim based finance function. Open to candidates from both industry and practice.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional who’s not just focused on the numbers, but who’s ready to step into a role where they can learn from senior members and help drive a real business impact. You’ll be a key player in delivering accurate and insightful financial information, supporting strategic decisions, and helping shape the direction of a dynamic, fast-moving organisation.

You’ll be working closely with senior management and stakeholders across departments, providing financial clarity, analysis, and recommendations that influence growth. We’re looking for someone who is confident, curious, and ready to roll up their sleeves in a business that values ideas and initiative.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Driving financial insight and performance across the business

• Preparing monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts

• Be involved with systems reporting and improving efficiencies

• Analysing variances and identifying opportunities for improvement

• Partnering with stakeholders across departments to influence smart decisions

• Supporting the finance team as company scaling projects

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)

• Open to someone from practice looking their first industry role

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

• Great communicator with commercial awareness

• Experienced on excel and various finance systems
