Management Accountant
An established and growing business is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join its finance team based in Antrim. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant to take ownership of the day-to-day finance function for multiple entities while supporting strategic decision-making through accurate reporting, financial control and commercial insight.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you’ll play a key role in financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, forecasting and process improvement, while also working closely with operational teams to enhance financial performance and efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports across multiple entities.
- Deliver accurate forecasts and performance reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Maintain strong financial controls, reconciliations and banking processes.
- Ensure timely completion of all statutory and regulatory financial returns.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and commercial financial planning.
- Produce insightful KPI reporting to drive business performance.
- Identify and implement improvements to finance processes and controls.
- Partner with operational teams to strengthen credit management practices.
- Balance commercial objectives with effective financial risk management.
- Lead, mentor and develop the finance team to achieve high performance.
About You
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
- Previous experience in a management accounting role is desirable
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate others.
