Management Accountant
Artemis Human Capital are proud to be partnering with a well-established and growing manufacturing business in County Tyrone to recruit a commercially focused Management Accountant.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and variance analysis.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting cycles across all departments.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and performance issues.
- Partner with operational teams to understand drivers of performance and support decision-making.
- Assist in the development of financial systems, controls and reporting improvements.
The Person:
- Newly or recently qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or qualified by experience.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills; ERP experience an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage across departments.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proactive and solutions-driven attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
