Management Accountant – 4 Day Week

This is a newly created role for a qualified and driven Management Accountant to join our expanding team. What You’ll Be Doing
- Monthly Financial Reporting – Prepare management accounts, analyse variances, and report across UK and international business units.
- Budgeting & Forecasting – Lead the budgeting process and provide ongoing strategic financial support.
- Product Costing & Inventory – Maintain accurate cost models and oversee inventory valuation processes.
- Financial Compliance – Ensure adherence to accounting standards and assist with audits and statutory returns.
- Systems & Projects – Support the rollout of new MRP, CRM, and MI reporting systems as part of our digital transformation.
The Person
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, with strong experience in management accounting.
- Ability to interpret and explain complex data.
- Skilled in Excel and financial systems.
- A proactive mindset with sharp attention to detail and a drive for improvement.
