Management Accountant

Are you a driven Management Accountant ready to take the next step in your career? Our client, a leading manufacturing business with a strong reputation for innovation and growth, is seeking a talented finance professional to join their expanding team at their Head Office in Cookstown.

The position will report into the Financial Controller and play a key role in monthly reporting. Great opportunity for anyone newly qualified or part-qualified.

The Role

• Preparing monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and cashflow.

• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Managing cashflow and bank reporting.

• Completing VAT and Intrastat returns for the UK and ROI.

• Managing the accounts payable function and driving process improvements.

• Supporting year-end audit preparation and liaising with external auditors.

• Analysing financial performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

About You

• Part or fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent).

• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

• A confident communicator, able to work effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

• Experienced in using Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Microsoft Navision or similar ERP systems would be an advantage.

• A proactive problem-solver who can identify and implement process improvements.
