About the Role:
You will manage a diverse caseload of personal injury matters from initial instruction through to settlement or trial. Working closely with an experienced legal team, you’ll be responsible for delivering clear, compassionate advice and robust representation to clients during what can be a challenging time in their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a busy caseload of personal injury claims including road traffic accidents and other liability matters

• Drafting legal documents and correspondence

• Representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings

• Ensuring timely progression of cases and maintaining high client care standards

Criteria:

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ–3 years PQE ideally, but all levels considered)

• Strong knowledge of personal injury litigation

• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills

• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Passionate about client care and achieving fair outcomes
