Legal Executive – Personal Injury / Litigation

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded Belfast law firm for an experienced Legal Executive to join its Personal Injury / Litigation team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Legal Executive with at least 2 years’ experience in personal injury or litigation who is looking to develop their career within a busy and supportive legal environment.

The Role

Working as part of an established team, you will have responsibility for managing a varied caseload and supporting clients throughout the litigation process.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of personal injury and/or litigation matters.
• Handling files from initial instruction through to resolution.
• Drafting legal correspondence and documentation.
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, counsel, insurers and other relevant parties.
• Preparing cases for negotiation, settlement and, where required, litigation.
• Providing high-quality client service and keeping clients updated throughout their case.
• Ensuring files are progressed efficiently and in line with deadlines and regulatory requirements.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• At least 2 years’ relevant experience in Personal Injury or Litigation.
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and case management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
• A professional and client-focused approach.
