Artemis Human Capital is seeking a skilled and dedicated Litigation Legal Secretary to join our client’s litigation team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced legal secretary with a strong background in litigation support who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing, formatting, and managing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
  • Assisting with case management by organising and maintaining litigation files.
  • Communicating professionally with clients, court staff, and third parties to coordinate case updates and information requests.
  • Managing solicitors’ schedules, including arranging meetings, court appearances, and other key appointments.
  • Supporting trial preparation by assisting in the preparation of trial bundles, liaising with witnesses, and coordinating evidence and exhibits.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a legal secretary, ideally within a litigation team.
  • Excellent knowledge of legal document management systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail, with the ability to manage deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a client-centered approach.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
