A well-established law firm in Dungannon is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join its growing Conveyancing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy, client-focused environment and is confident supporting a single fee earner with all aspects of residential conveyancing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing full secretarial support to one fee earner within the conveyancing department
  • Audio typing/dictation to a high standard
  • Preparing, formatting, and amending legal documents
  • Managing LandWeb applications and registrations
  • Handling client queries professionally via telephone and email
  • Opening, maintaining, and closing files
  • Diary management, scheduling appointments, and general administrative duties

About You:

  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within conveyancing
  • Strong dictation/audio typing skills
  • Confident using LandWeb
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Professional, personable, and able to manage workload independently
