We’re hiring for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join a busy legal practice based in East Belfast. This is a full-time, office-based role supporting one solicitor with a caseload of residential property matters.

You’ll be part of a close-knit team that values professionalism and a positive working culture. The role offers a great opportunity to work on quality files with long-term career potential.

The role will involve:

  • Audio/copy typing and document preparation
  • Opening and closing files
  • Communicating with clients, estate agents, and third parties
  • Managing diaries and key dates
  • General office administration

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience in a conveyancing legal secretary role
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach
