Artemis Human Capital are working with a highly respected commercial law firm known for delivering tailored legal solutions to a wide range of clients across Northern Ireland. With a commitment to excellence, professionalism and client care, they are seeking a polished and proactive Receptionist to join the business.

About the Role
As the first point of contact for clients and colleagues, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. You’ll manage a busy reception area, provide administrative support to the wider office and ensure a smooth and efficient day-to-day front desk operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner

  • Answer and route incoming calls promptly and accurately

  • Manage meeting room bookings and set-up requirements

  • Receive and distribute incoming post and deliveries

  • Maintain the presentation of the reception area and meeting rooms

  • Provide administrative assistance to legal and support teams as required

Experience required

  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer-facing role, ideally in a professional services environment

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good IT skills – MS Suite

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a strong focus on client service
