With a commitment to excellence, professionalism and client care, they are seeking a polished and proactive Receptionist to join the business.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for clients and colleagues, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. You’ll manage a busy reception area, provide administrative support to the wider office and ensure a smooth and efficient day-to-day front desk operation.
Key Responsibilities

Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner

Answer and route incoming calls promptly and accurately

Manage meeting room bookings and set-up requirements

Receive and distribute incoming post and deliveries

Maintain the presentation of the reception area and meeting rooms

Provide administrative assistance to legal and support teams as required
Experience required
-
Previous experience in a front desk or customer-facing role, ideally in a professional services environment

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Good IT skills – MS Suite

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

A proactive, can-do attitude with a strong focus on client service
