We are working with a highly regarded premium spirits company with a rich heritage and an expanding international footprint to recruit a Senior Account Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused professional to manage and grow key on-trade and off-trade partnerships across the Irish market, driving brand growth, visibility, and distribution.
Backed by recent international investment, the business is entering a significant growth phase with ambitious plans for the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of national and regional key accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail, hospitality, and distribution partners
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to support revenue growth
- Create and deliver joint business plans with key customers
- Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to deliver trade activations and campaigns
- Analyse sales performance, market trends, and commercial opportunities
About You
- Previous experience in account management, sales, or commercial roles within FMCG, drinks, or a related industry
- Proven success managing key accounts and achieving sales growth targets
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Commercially driven with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced, brand-focused environment
- Experience within on-trade and/or off-trade channels would be an advantage
