Are you an experienced HR professional looking to take the next step in your career? We’re excited to present a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, multi-site organisation as an HR Officer. This role is crucial to providing comprehensive HR support, working closely with senior management and various teams across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert HR advice and support on employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and attendance management.
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process to attract top talent.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, right-to-work checks, and employment contracts.
- Oversee long-term sickness cases across divisions.
- Offer administrative support and assist in developing HR procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
- CIPD Level 3-5 or working towards it.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Strong employee relations background, with up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
