Healthcare Litigation Solicitor (1–3 PQE) – Belfast

A leading Belfast litigation practice is seeking to appoint a Healthcare Litigation Solicitor at 1–3 PQE level.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded healthcare team specialising in complex clinical negligence defence work. The team acts for healthcare providers, insurers and public bodies on a wide range of contentious and advisory matters.

The role will involve exposure to High Court litigation and high-value clinical negligence claims, working closely with experienced practitioners on technically complex and often sensitive cases. You will be involved in matters from instruction through to resolution, including case preparation, liability investigations, expert evidence and settlement strategy.

This position would suit a junior to mid-level litigator with strong general litigation experience who is interested in developing a long-term specialism in healthcare and clinical negligence defence work.
