Head of Finance

This opportunity would be ideal for an experienced Financial Controller who is ready to step into a Head of Finance role and contribute as a key member of the senior management team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the finance function, ensuring robust financial controls and reporting.
- Partner with the senior leadership team to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and risk.
- Provide insightful reporting to stakeholders and help drive commercial performance.
- Liaise with external partners such as auditors, banks, and advisors.
- Support business expansion initiatives, including potential new site openings or acquisitions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with post-qualification experience.
- Previous experience in a Financial Controller or similar senior finance role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Hospitality or multi-site industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
- Comfortable working in a high-growth, evolving SME environment.
