Head of Finance
Artemis Human Capital are working with an established and growing business to recruit a Head of Finance to lead their Finance function. This is a senior role reporting into the Finance Director, with responsibility for financial reporting, planning, compliance and supporting the wider business with key financial insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day Finance function and team.
- Oversee monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
- Manage cash flow, working capital and financial controls.
- Oversee statutory accounts, audit and tax compliance.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
- Identify and deliver process and systems improvements.
About You
- ACA or ACCA qualified with strong senior finance experience.
- Experienced across financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
- Strong understanding of statutory reporting, audit and tax.
- Experience with cash flow and working capital management.
- Confident people leader with strong communication skills.
- Commercial, analytical and solutions-focused, with strong Excel and systems knowledge.
