Group Marketing Manager – Mid Ulster

Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be assisting our client, a leading UK & Ireland manufacturing for the recruitment of a Group Marketing Manager. We’re looking for a passionate and experienced individual to join their growing team. This key hire will drive their marketing strategy and lead a dynamic department in an ambitious organisation.

Role

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a results-driven marketing strategy focused on business growth.
  • Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and support the Marketing team, setting clear goals and fostering collaboration.
  • Market Insights: Partner with the Sales Director and team to stay informed about market trends and create impactful campaigns.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor advertising initiatives, providing performance insights and recommendations.
  • Product Branding: Ensure consistent and high-quality product branding, including livery upkeep and design.
  • Content Creation: Manage new product literature for customers and staff, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Email Marketing: Oversee database management and deliver regular e-shot campaigns through platforms like Mailchimp.
  • CRM Oversight: Maintain accurate CRM data and provide detailed activity reports.
  • Digital Marketing: Collaborate with external agencies on PPC campaigns, manage SEO plans, and lead ongoing website development projects.
  • Social Media Management: Create and oversee engaging content across all social platforms.
  • Video Production: Work with the Sales team to create compelling product videos through content capture and editing.
  • Event Coordination: Organise trade shows and promotional events that showcase our company.
  • Budget Management: Manage departmental budgets and provide regular financial updates.
  • Reporting: Host marketing meetings to update company directors on performance and strategy progress.

Criteria

  • A deep understanding of marketing principles and concepts.
  • Exceptional copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and time management abilities.
  • A creative mindset with excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Expertise in digital and social marketing best practices.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a senior marketing role, supported by a degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • A valid driving licence for travel to depots and events.
