Group Financial Controller

Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a fantastic group of businesses based in Wicklow to appoint a Group Financial Controller.

Due to continued growth and the acquisition of significant new contracts they now have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Controller. This role will offer genuine autonomy and growth in line with the company expansion.

The Role:  

• Develop and continually improve processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Liaise with the commercial and operations teams on all projects and costings.
• Oversee cashflow forecasting and weekly/quarterly/annual budgets
• Manage the wider finance team and oversee the monthly reporting process
• Partner with the operational and commercial teams to achieve optimal efficiency and maximise profitability.
• Year end accounts prep and liaise with the external auditors.

The Person: 

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Driven and ambitious individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced excel skills to include complex financial modelling.
• Experience of construction / manufacturing desirable.
