FS Accountant – Hybrid Working

We’re working with an established professional services organisation that is looking to appoint a FS Accountant to join its growing team in Northern Ireland.
This could be an excellent opportunity for someone coming from practice, industry or financial services who wants to develop their client-facing experience, broaden their technical knowledge and take greater ownership of their work.

The Role
- Managing the day-to-day accounting requirements for a portfolio of clients.
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports.
- Ensuring accounting information is accurate and meets relevant reporting requirements.
- Reviewing financial calculations and supporting documentation.
- Coordinating client deliverables and managing deadlines.
- Building strong relationships with clients and acting as a key point of contact.
- Working with colleagues and clients to resolve queries and issues.
- Developing a strong understanding of individual client requirements.
- Supporting and mentoring less experienced team members as you develop within the role.
- Contributing ideas to improve processes, efficiency and risk management.
About You
- ACCA, ACA, CIMA or an equivalent accounting qualification.
- Practice or industry training background
- Experience preparing or reviewing financial statements and accounting information.
- Experience working with clients or stakeholders and a genuine interest in developing client relationships.
