We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established professional services firm seeking an organised, proactive and customer-focused Front of House/Practice Executive to become the central hub of their busy office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in delivering exceptional service and thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.
As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. Alongside reception responsibilities, you’ll support business operations, administration, compliance, and internal processes, making you an integral part of the wider team.
Key responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and visitors while managing incoming calls, emails and correspondence.
- Coordinate office administration, including diary management, stationery, post and facilities.
- Support recruitment activities and general business administration.
- Assist with invoicing and debtor reporting.
- Maintain client records and provide support with digital client systems.
- Coordinate staff holidays, training and health & safety administration.
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and GDPR requirements.
- Build positive relationships with colleagues, clients and external suppliers to keep the office running efficiently.
Experience/skillset required:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- A confident communicator with outstanding customer service skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using business systems.
- Professional, approachable and committed to maintaining high standards.
- Experienced in an administrative, office operations support or reception role (professional services experience is advantageous but not essential).
