A well-established premium hospitality operation is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager to lead a multi-outlet food, beverage, and events function.
This senior role carries full responsibility for the operational, financial, and service performance of several dining venues, a high-volume bar operation, and a significant conference and banqueting business.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day operations while driving standards, profitability, and team engagement across all F&B areas. This is a hands-on leadership position within a service-led, high-expectation environment.
Key responsibilities include:

End-to-end management of food, beverage, and banqueting operations

Leadership, development, and performance management of management and frontline teams

Candidate Profile

Senior F&B management experience within a 4 or 5-star hotel or resort environment

Strong operational leadership with a visible, hands-on approach
