Artemis Human Capital are pleased to be partnering with a leading financial planning firm as they seek to appoint an experience Financial Services Administrator to their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established team working across an enviable client portfolio.
The Job
Our client provides services to a diverse portfolio, including high net-worth individuals, corporates, & trusts. You will work within the wider administrative team & be involved across the following areas:
- Acting as first point of contact for clients.
- On-boarding new clients and processing new business requests through to completion.
- Preparing meeting packs for advisors.
- Authenticating letters of authority.
Candidate Criteria
To be considered for this opportunity, you will possess the following attributes:
- 2 years’ experience working in a similar position within an IFA.
- Excellent communication skills- both written & verbal.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Solution-orientated individual with a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a wider team.
