Financial Modeller

We are partnering with a multinational organisation that is continuing to expand its finance function and is now seeking to appoint a commercially minded Financial ModellerReporting directly to the Head of FP&A, this is a high-impact role central to delivering financial insight and supporting strategic decision-making, with a focus on long-term planning and value creation across the group.

This role will suit someone with strong and advanced Excel or financial modelling expertise who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders.

You will play a key role in supporting group-wide FP&A activities, with particular emphasis on building, maintaining, and enhancing financial models used for forecasting, budgeting, scenario analysis, and strategic planning. As the organisation continues to scale, you will also help to develop reporting, data capabilities, and finance processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and enhance robust financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.

  • Deliver scenario analysis and sensitivity modelling to assess risks, opportunities, and strategic options.

  • Identify and communicate key financial and operational trends to senior stakeholders.

  • Act as a commercial finance partner to business units, translating complex data into clear insight.

  • Collaborate with Finance and Data teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of reporting.

  • Drive automation and continuous improvement of models, dashboards, and reporting tools.

  • Provide high-quality reporting and ad-hoc financial analysis to support decision-making at senior level.

About You

  • Proven experience in financial modelling, FP&A, commercial finance, or a related analytical role.

  • Advanced Excel skills with strong modelling and forecasting capability.

  • Comfortable working with large, complex datasets and multiple reporting systems.

  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.

  • Clear communicator, able to present financial insight to non-finance stakeholders.

  • Proactive, collaborative, and motivated to drive value across the business.
