Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working with a leading engineering and manufacturing firm based in Omagh to recruit a Financial Controller. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the finance function, leading a small team and working closely with senior members to drive strategic and operational financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reporting
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls and statutory regulations
- Cash flow management and reporting
- Supporting commercial decision-making with data-driven insights
The Person
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Demonstrable experience in a senior finance role (ideally in industry)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
