Financial Controller
Artemis Human Capital are working with a growing company who are seeking a Financial Controller to support the Finance Director in overseeing financial operations across the business. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and providing meaningful financial insight to support strategic growth. This is a great opportunity for a Qualified Accountant to take a progressive step in their Accounts career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Finance Director in managing group-wide financial operations
- Prepare monthly management accounts and annual statutory reports
- Lead budgeting, cashflow forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Ensure compliance with UK and ROI tax, VAT, and payroll regulations
- Oversee payroll across divisions, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
The Person
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified, or qualified by experience
- Strong knowledge of UK and ROI financial regulations and tax frameworks
- Proven experience in a senior finance role with cross-border exposure
- Hands-on experience with payroll and financial compliance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a commercial mindset
