Financial Controller – 14 month contract
We are excited to have partnered with a leading construction business to appoint an experienced Financial Controller to join the team on a 14 month contract. Working closely with the Finance Director and the wider senior management team, you will oversee the day to day finance function whilst contributing to strategic decision making.

The Role:
- Oversee all aspects of the finance function
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing accurate and insightful financial projections
- Manage month-end procedures and reporting
- Develop and implement robust management accounts, offering clear financial insights to stakeholders
- Financial modelling skills to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with the Finance Director and commercial teams to develop and execute a business improvement strategy
The Person:
- A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
- Strong Excel proficiency for financial analysis and modelling
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- The ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
