Financial Accountant (Hybrid)

We’re recruiting for a Financial Accountant to join a progressive, fast-paced organisation with a strong focus on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. As Financial Accountant, you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting and supporting strategic business decisions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, gaining exposure to a broad range of commercial and operational activities while helping drive efficiencies and best practice across finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly accounts and financial reporting
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Assisting with year-end accounts and audit requirements
• Maintaining robust financial controls and ensuring compliance
• Providing financial analysis and insight to support decision-making
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Building strong working relationships across multiple departments

About You

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
• Experience within a financial accounting or reporting environment
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills and experience using finance systems
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders confidently
