Finance Manager – Exclusive

We are proud to be working exclusively with a highly successful retail and manufacturing firm to recruit an experienced Finance Manager. This newly created role is a direct result of sustained business growth and offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial direction.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director and overseeing a Finance Assistant, the Finance Manager will join the senior management team and take full ownership of financial reporting, analysis, and control. You’ll be responsible for delivering clear financial insights that support strategic decision-making and long-term growth.

This is a hands-on role that will see you working closely with procurement and sales to improve financial performance and drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial operations and ensure reporting accuracy.

• Maintain compliance through policies and internal controls.

• Manage forecasting, cash flow, and working capital.

• Provide analysis on profitability, growth, and efficiency.

• Collaborate cross-functionally for aligned financial strategy.

• Lead audits, tax compliance, and team development.

The person:

• Chartered accountant

• UK & ROI VAT knowledge

• Experience presenting finance results to SMT

• Experience on financial softwares
