Finance Manager
Our client is a fast-growing, founder-led technology business headquartered in Belfast, operating a global subscription platform with a large international customer base. Profitable since launch, the business has achieved exceptional organic growth and continues to scale across international markets.
Reporting directly to the CEO, they are seeking a Finance Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end finance function within a lean, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end finance function.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reporting and analysis.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
- Ensure robust financial controls and compliance with statutory and tax requirements.
- Manage payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Liaise with external accountants, auditors and banking partners.
- Provide commercial insight and financial support to the CEO and senior leadership team.
- Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and reporting as the business grows.
The Person:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA), or qualified by experience.
- Previous experience leading or managing a finance function.
- Strong commercial awareness with excellent analytical skills.
- Confident working independently in a fast-paced, growing business.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with cloud-based accounting systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across the business.
