Finance Manager

Artemis Human Capital are hiring for an experienced Finance Manager to join our client’s team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting, supporting business performance, and ensuring robust financial controls and processes are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts, financial reporting, and performance analysis
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities across the business
• Provide financial insight and commentary to support strategic and operational decision-making
• Manage reconciliations, controls, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Identify and implement improvements to finance processes, systems, and reporting efficiencies
• Support internal and external stakeholders, including audit requirements and ad hoc financial projects

About You

• Qualified accountant with proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar role
• Strong technical accounting skills with experience in management reporting and analysis
• Commercially focused with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights
• Highly organised with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritise effectively
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the business
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to make an immediate impact within a fast-paced environment
