Finance Manager
Artemis Human Capital is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join a rapidly growing organisation operating across the UK and Ireland. The business is expanding quickly, offering an opportunity to play a key role at a pivotal stage of growth.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will oversee group-wide finance activity, ensure accurate reporting, maintain strong controls, and provide commercial insight to support strategic decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver accurate, timely reporting for UK and Irish entities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations across multiple sites
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure statutory compliance
- Support audits and manage external auditor relationships
- Provide clear financial analysis to inform decisions
- Support acquisition integration and process improvements
- Manage cash flow and financial risk activity
- Develop and support the finance team
About You:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Experience in a Finance Manager or senior finance role
- Strong UK and Irish compliance knowledge
- ERP/financial systems experience
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Commercial mindset and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
