Finance Manager
Artemis Human Capital is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a highly successful distribution business based on the outskirts of Lisburn. Supplying a diverse range of products across the island or Ireland and GB this well established company is experiencing continued growth.
As part of their expansion, they are seeking a Finance Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional to take ownership of financial controls, enhance internal compliance, and drive financial efficiency across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with cash flow management
- Review and maintain the fixed asset register
- Prepare monthly management accounts
- Lead the month-end close process
- Process month-end journals, accruals and prepayments
- Reconcile intercompany accounts
- Assist with the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts
- Assist with the development and maintenance of financial models and projections
- Monitor KPIs and provide financial analysis to the business
- Involvement in ad-hoc projects
Key Requirements
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Experience within industry is essential
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience preparing management accounts and financial reports
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Experience of Power BI or similar is desirable
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
